Established in 1976, Shin Osaka Dental Technician College has leveraged its strengths as a specialized school providing exclusive training for dental technicians to create a unique education system employing the latest equipment such as CAD and CAM. Hands-on practical training classes account for 70% of all classes at our school. Although we have the largest student capacity in Japan, we can still provide exact instruction to each and every student to ensure they acquire the proper skills and knowledge through our 'box' classes system with a student to instructor ration of 10 to 1. As a result, our school boasts outstanding success rates for national examinations (5,571 successful candidates). More than 5,567 of our graduates are currently active both domestically in Japan and overseas. Thanks to the trust we receive from the industry, we boast the top jobs-to-applicants ratio in West Japan, more than 7 times the annual rate. Our graduates are also actively involved in our school’s alumni association, and each year the 13 chapters of the alumni association, including the head office in Osaka, host academic lectures and alumni social events.
